1. Turn off the ignition and allow the car to cool down if the engine is hot.
2. Open the hood of your car.
3. Locate the instrument cluster. It is the cluster of gauges and lights in front of the steering wheel.
4. Remove the screws holding the instrument cluster in place. There may be two screws at the top and two at the bottom.
5. Carefully pull the instrument cluster out from the dashboard. Be careful not to damage any wires.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the back of the instrument cluster.
7. Turn the instrument cluster upside down and locate the light bulbs. They will be small, round bulbs with a metal base.
8. Use a pair of tweezers or pliers to remove the old light bulbs from their sockets.
9. Insert the new light bulbs into the sockets. Be sure to insert them correctly, so the polarity is correct.
10. Reconnect the electrical connectors to the back of the instrument cluster.
11. Carefully put the instrument cluster back in place and secure it with the screws.
12. Close the hood of your car.
Test the new light bulbs by turning on the ignition. If they are working properly, you can start driving your car.
