1. Open the hood of your Chevy Venture.
2. Locate the engine coolant reservoir. It is a translucent white plastic tank that is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment near the front.
3. Follow the upper radiator hose from the reservoir to the engine block.
4. The thermostat is located where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine block. It is a round, metal housing that has two bolts holding it in place.
