The SRS fuse for the airbag is located in the fuse block in the engine compartment. The fuse block is typically located near the battery. The SRS fuse is usually labeled "SRS" or "Airbag."
Disconnecting the Yellow Wire Under Steering Column SRS
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the SRS airbag.
3. Locate the yellow wire under the steering column.
4. Disconnect the yellow wire.
Note: Disconnecting the yellow wire will disable the airbag system. This is a safety hazard and should only be done by a qualified mechanic.
