What are the torque specs for 1991 Toyota Tercel cylinder head?

(cylinder Head)

Step one torque to 29 ft/lb

Step 2 rotate all bolts 90 degrees

Step three torque to 58 ft/lb

Note: The cylinder should be replaced if the cylinder head is removed to the engine oil passage from the oil passages to one or more of the combustion chambers.
