2. Disconnect the fuel lines. There are two fuel lines connected to the gas filter: one from the fuel pump and one to the carburetor. Use a wrench to loosen the clamps on these lines and remove them.
3. Remove the gas filter. Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the gas filter by unscrewing it from the fuel tank.
4. Replace the gas filter with a new one. Screw the new gas filter into the fuel tank until it is tight.
5. Reconnect the fuel lines. Connect the fuel lines to the gas filter and tighten the clamps.
6. Turn on the fuel pump and check for leaks. Start the motorcycle and let it run for a few minutes. Check for leaks around the gas filter. If there are any leaks, tighten the clamps on the fuel lines.
