Will a 1986 200x atc pivot bolt work in trx 200sx?

No

The TRX200SX frame design used a 16mm pivot bolt while the ATC200X uses a 14mm pivot bolt. The TRX200SX head design, while close to the ATC200X has more metal under the head and will interfere with the inner side of the lower frame pivot tube with the ATC200X bolt installed. You will need to source an original TRX200SX pivot bolt or have one made.
