The owner's manual for the Suzuki DS80 recommends changing the gear oil every six months or 100 hours of operation, whichever comes first. To change the gear oil, follow these instructions:
1. Loosen the fill plug and drain plug on the bottom of the engine case.
2. Allow the old oil to drain completely.
3. Reinstall the drain plug and tighten securely.
4. Add 160 cc of new oil to the engine case through the fill hole.
5. Reinstall the fill plug and tighten securely.
