How To Find/Replace the Drain Plug
Locate the drain plug - on the below models, it can be found on the side of the engine housing.
Clean any debris from around the drain plug.
You may need to rotate the engine to access it.
Using a wrench or socket remove the drain plug
Allow the oil to drain completely.
Replace the drain plug.
Tighten the drain plug until it is snug. Do not overtighten the drain plug, as this can damage the threads.
