1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Turn off the engine and let it cool.
3. Locate the oil dipstick. The dipstick is located on the right side of the engine at the front.
4. Pull the oil dipstick out and wipe it clean.
5. Insert the dipstick into the oil filler hole and push it all the way in.
6. Pull the dipstick out again and check the oil level. The oil level should be between the “FULL” and “ADD” marks on the dipstick.
7. If the oil level is low, add oil until the level is between the “FULL” and “ADD” marks on the dipstick.
Note: When checking the oil level, be sure to check the oil while the engine is cold. The oil level will be higher when the engine is hot.
