The Mazda RX-8 doesn't have a traditional transmission like most cars. It uses a
rotary engine which has a separate
transmission that's
sealed for life and
doesn't require oil changes.
This means you don't add transmission oil to an RX-8.
However, the RX-8 does have an engine oil and differential oil that need to be changed periodically.
