On a 1995 Chevy K1500 4x4, the orifice tube is typically located
within the high-pressure refrigerant line, somewhere between the condenser and the evaporator. It's *not* a readily visible external component. You'll need to trace the high-pressure refrigerant line (often thicker and more heavily insulated than the low-pressure line) to find it. Because it's integrated into the line, you'll likely need to remove a section of the line to access and replace it.
Important Note: Working with refrigerant requires specialized equipment and knowledge to avoid injury and environmental damage. This is not a DIY job for most people. If you need to replace the orifice tube, it's strongly recommended you take your truck to a qualified automotive air conditioning technician.
