Where is the fuse panel located on a 2003 dodge stratus 2.4 liter doc?

The fuse panel in a 2003 Dodge Stratus 2.4L is located under the hood, on the driver's side (left). It's usually a fairly large black box. There might also be a smaller fuse panel inside the car, usually in the dashboard near the driver's side, but the main fuse panel is under the hood.
