You should NEVER rely on a general answer for this. Always check the sticker on your driver's side doorjamb or the owner's manual. This sticker will specify the recommended tire pressure for your particular Tahoe's tires and configuration (including whether the vehicle is properly loaded).
The number on the sticker is the *cold tire pressure*, meaning the pressure you should measure when the tires have been sitting for at least three hours and haven't been driven on.
