Where is the Throttle body on 94 camaro 3.4?

On a 1994 Camaro with the 3.4L V6 engine, the throttle body is located on the upper intake manifold, at the top of the engine. It's relatively easy to spot because it's a fairly large, cylindrical component with a noticeable butterfly valve inside. You'll see the air intake tube connecting to it.
