Air pockets are usually removed by:
* Proper Filling: Ensure the radiator is completely filled, then add coolant to the overflow tank until it reaches the appropriate level.
* Running the Engine: Run the engine with the heater on high for about 15-20 minutes to circulate the coolant and help expel air. Check and top off the overflow tank as needed.
* Squeezing Upper Radiator Hose (carefully!): Gently squeeze the upper radiator hose to help dislodge any trapped air bubbles. Be careful not to burn yourself.
If you're still having issues with air pockets after this process, you may have a more serious problem like a blockage in the cooling system requiring professional attention. There isn't a specific valve to open and bleed air like in some older systems.
