The Constant Control Relay Module (CCM) in a 1994 Ford Tempo isn't located in a single, easily identifiable spot like a fuse box. Instead, it's
integrated into the Body Control Module (BCM). The BCM itself is usually found
under the dashboard, on the driver's side. You'll likely need to remove some trim panels to access it.
There isn't a separate "Constant Control Relay Module" to find. The functions it would control are handled by the BCM's internal relays and circuitry.
