Should the fuel pump reset button be up or down on a 93 mercury grand marquis?

There's no fuel pump reset button on a 1993 Mercury Grand Marquis (or any car for that matter, that I'm aware of). Fuel pumps are either activated by the ignition system or by an inertia switch (which cuts off fuel supply in a collision). If you're having fuel-related problems, it's not a button you're looking for, but rather a more involved diagnostic process.
