How do you put windshield washer fluid in the back window of a jeep Cherokee?

The Jeep Cherokee, like most vehicles, doesn't have a separate windshield washer fluid reservoir for the rear window. There's only one reservoir that supplies fluid to both the front and rear windshield washers. You add washer fluid to that single reservoir, usually located under the hood.
