Where is the fuel filter on a 1957 Ford F150 V8?

The 1957 Ford F-100 (there wasn't an F-150 designation then) with a V8 engine has the fuel filter located in the fuel pump. There isn't a separate, replaceable cartridge-style filter like many later vehicles. The filter is integrated into the fuel pump assembly itself. To replace the filter, you'll need to replace the entire fuel pump.
