How can you tell if a ranger is flex fuel?

There's no model year of the Ford Ranger that's offered as a factory flex-fuel vehicle (FFV). Therefore, you cannot tell if a Ranger is flex fuel because it simply isn't. Any Ranger claiming to be flex fuel has likely had modifications made, and those modifications are not factory-approved or supported.
