* Year of Manufacture: Even stock boost pressure can vary slightly between different model years.
* Operating Conditions: Boost pressure fluctuates based on engine load, altitude, and temperature.
While a stock 7.3 Power Stroke might see peak boost in the 15-25 PSI range, heavily modified trucks can easily exceed 40 PSI or more. However, pushing boost pressure too high without other supporting modifications (injectors, fuel system, etc.) can lead to engine damage.
