A blow-off valve is designed for turbocharged engines to release excess pressure from the intake system when the throttle is rapidly closed. Automatic transmissions don't have a system that's analogous to the intake system of an engine where a BOV would function. They use different mechanisms for pressure regulation and control. Installing a BOV on an automatic transmission would be pointless and likely damage the transmission.
