In an 2003 ford expedition where is the ignition coil located?

On a 2003 Ford Expedition, the ignition coils are located on top of the spark plugs. They're not a single unit like in some older cars, but rather individual coil packs, one for each spark plug. You'll need to remove the plastic engine cover (if equipped) to see them clearly. They'll be fairly prominent and are usually black plastic.
