On a 1997 Chevy Blazer LS 4.3L V6 Vortex 2WD, the fuel spider is located on the top of the intake manifold. It's a somewhat central location on the manifold, distributing fuel to the various injectors. You'll likely see several fuel lines going into and out of it.
