There is no such thing as a 1997 Jeep 4-door Unlimited. The "Unlimited" designation for longer-wheelbase Jeeps didn't exist until much later (2007 for the Wrangler). A 1997 Jeep would be a standard-length Wrangler (TJ) or a Cherokee (XJ).

* 1997 Jeep Wrangler (TJ): The bolt pattern is 5x4.5" (five lug, 4.5 inches between the center of adjacent lug holes).

* 1997 Jeep Cherokee (XJ): The bolt pattern is 5x4.5" (five lug, 4.5 inches between the center of adjacent lug holes).

Therefore, for either model from 1997, you'll need a 5x4.5" wheel bolt pattern.
