Is the fuel Sending Unit inside Fuel Pump?

Not always. While they're often located together in the fuel tank, the fuel sending unit and the fuel pump are separate components. The sending unit measures the fuel level and sends a signal to the gauge, while the fuel pump moves fuel from the tank to the engine. Sometimes they're a single integrated module, but other times they are separate and can be replaced independently.
