Where is the Engine Control Module - ECM on a 1995-1998 Ford Windstar?

On a 1995-1998 Ford Windstar, the Engine Control Module (ECM) is located under the instrument panel, on the driver's side. It's often mounted to the firewall, and you'll likely need to remove some trim panels to access it. Because of the location, it's sometimes referred to as being "behind the glove box" though not directly behind it.
