* Severe engine damage: The lean mixture can overheat pistons, melt valves, and damage the catalytic converter. This is the most serious consequence.
* Misfires and rough running: The engine will likely run poorly and may misfire.
* Check engine light: Expect a lit check engine light due to various sensor readings being far outside of the normal operating parameters.
While you might be able to limp it along for a short distance (a few hundred yards, maybe a mile at most) to get it to a mechanic, it's strongly advised against running it for any extended period. The risk of significant engine damage far outweighs any potential benefit. If the supercharger is malfunctioning, have it repaired or replaced immediately. Driving it without the supercharger could cost you far more in repairs than fixing the original problem.
