3. Engine Replacement:
- Check the new engine for any damage and make sure all necessary components (such as gaskets, seals, and bolts) are included.
- Lower the new engine into the vehicle, ensuring proper alignment with the transmission and engine mounts.
- Reinstall the engine mounts and transmission mount.
- Reconnect the exhaust system to the exhaust manifolds.
4. Component Reinstallation:
- Reinstall all accessories, such as the air conditioner compressor, alternator, power steering pump, etc., that were removed earlier.
- Reconnect all wiring harnesses, hoses, and lines to the engine.
- Replace any seals, gaskets, or O-rings that were damaged during the removal process.
5. Fluid Replacement:
- Refill the engine with new oil and coolant.
- Check and top off other fluid levels, such as transmission fluid and brake fluid.
6. Battery Reconnection:
- Reconnect the negative terminal to the battery.
7. Test Run and Inspection:
- Attempt to start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
- Check for any leaks or unusual noises coming from the engine.
- Verify that all gauges (temperature, oil pressure, etc.) are functioning correctly.
8. Road Test:
