Can you adjust the voltage on idle control valve a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo and lower speed or is there anything else can do to engine RPM?

There is no adjustable idle control valve on this vehicles it's controlled by the PCM . There also not adjustable throttle stop screw as they have electronic throttle body so if your RPM is higher then spec you got issue the need addressed so computer can control to spec .
