Instructions:
Step 1: Open the Hood
- Release the hood release lever inside the car, usually located near the driver’s footwell.
- Locate the secondary hood release lever in the engine bay, usually near the front of the car.
- Pull the secondary release lever to fully open the hood.
Step 2: Locate the Headlight Assembly
- On each side of the engine bay, you will see the headlight assemblies.
- They are typically located behind a plastic cover or housing.
Step 3: Remove the Protective Cover (If Applicable)
- Depending on your Mitsubishi Magna model, there might be a protective cover over the headlight assembly.
- Refer to your owner’s manual for specific instructions on how to remove the protective cover.
- Keep screws, nuts, or any fasteners removed, organized to ensure easy reinstallation.
Step 4: Access the Headlight Bulb
- Once the protective cover is removed (if applicable), you should have access to the headlight bulb.
Step 5: Remove the Old Bulb

- Once the clips are released, gently twist and remove the old bulb from its socket.
Step 6: Install the New Bulb

Step 7: Reattach Clips or Covers (If Applicable)
- If you had to remove any clips or covers, reinstall them carefully, making sure to secure them properly.
Step 8: Test the Headlight
- Turn on your vehicle’s headlights to verify that the new bulb is working properly.
Step 9: Close the Hood
- Once you have confirmed that the new bulb is working correctly, close the hood and secure the hood latch or lever.
