1. Park your car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Crawl underneath your car and locate the flex pipe.
3. Loosen the exhaust clamp that connects the flex pipe to the exhaust system.
4. Remove the old flex pipe and replace it with a new one.
5. Tighten the exhaust clamp.
Here are some additional tips:
- Soak the bolts and nuts with penetrating oil before attempting to loosen them.
- Use a pry bar or a flat-head screwdriver to help loosen the bolts and nuts.
- Be careful not to drop any of the bolts or nuts into the engine bay.
- If you are unable to loosen the bolts or nuts, you may need to take your car to a mechanic.
