The fuel pump for a 1994 Mitsubishi Galant is located inside the fuel tank. To access the fuel pump, you will need to remove the rear seat and then the fuel tank. Once the fuel tank is removed, you will be able to see the fuel pump assembly. The fuel pump is held in place by a lock ring, which can be removed with a special tool.
