1. The starter motor is located on the front of the engine, on the driver's side.
2. It is behind the air filter housing and near the bottom of the engine.
3. It is accessible from underneath the car, but it may be easier to remove the air filter housing to make more room to work.
4. The starter motor is held in place by three bolts.
5. Once the bolts are removed, the starter motor can be pulled out of the engine.
