The fuel pump does not come on and no fire can someone help?

Here are some possible reasons why your fuel pump is not coming on and there is no fire:

1. Fuse: Check the fuse that supplies power to the fuel pump. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage.

2. Fuel pump relay: Check the fuel pump relay. The relay is usually located in the fuse box. Swap the fuel pump relay with another relay of the same type to see if the fuel pump starts working. If the fuel pump starts working with the new relay, replace the old relay.

3. Electrical connections: Check the electrical connections at the fuel pump and fuel pump relay. Make sure the connections are clean and tight. Clean the connections if necessary.

4. Fuel pump: If the fuse, relay, and electrical connections are all good, then the fuel pump itself may be faulty. You can test the fuel pump by applying 12 volts of power directly to the pump. If the pump does not run, it needs to be replaced.

5. Fuel filter: A clogged fuel filter can restrict fuel flow to the engine, which can cause the fuel pump to overheat and fail. Replace the fuel filter if it is clogged.

6. Fuel pressure regulator: A faulty fuel pressure regulator can cause the fuel pump to overheat and fail. Check the fuel pressure regulator and replace it if necessary.

7. Wiring: Check the wiring between the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay. Make sure the wiring is not damaged or corroded. Repair or replace the wiring if necessary.

If you have checked all of the above and the fuel pump still does not come on, you may need to take your vehicle to a mechanic for further diagnosis.
