Shifting Instructions
1. To upshift, lift up on the gearshift lever and push it to the right.
2. To downshift, push down on the gearshift lever and pull it to the left.
3. To find neutral, push the gearshift lever all the way to the left.
Tips for Shifting
- Shift smoothly and deliberately.
- Do not force the gearshift lever into gear.
- If the gearshift lever is difficult to move, check the fluid level in the transmission.
- If the transmission is making a grinding noise, stop shifting and have the transmission inspected by a qualified mechanic.
