What happened to Stanley Meyers water fuel cell in jector?

There is no evidence that Stanley Meyer ever created a viable water fuel cell injector. He claimed to have invented a device that could convert water into fuel that could power an engine, but his claims have been widely discredited and there is no evidence that his device ever worked.
