How do you start a vw jetta after run out of gas?

Jumpstart the car

This is the most common way to start a car after it has run out of gas. To do this, you will need another car with a working battery and jumper cables. Once you have these items, follow these steps:

1. Park the working car close to the car that is out of gas.

2. Connect the jumper cables to the batteries of the two cars. Make sure that the positive terminal of the working car is connected to the positive terminal of the out of gas car, and the negative terminal of the working car is connected to the negative terminal of the out of gas car.

3. Start the working car and let it run for a few minutes.

4. Try to start the car that is out of gas.

5. If the car still won't start, repeat steps 3 and 4.

Siphon gas from another car

If you don't have another car available to jumpstart your car, you can also try siphoning gas from another car. To do this, you will need a length of clear tubing and a container to hold the gas. Once you have these items, follow these steps:

1. Park the other car close to the car that is out of gas.

2. Insert the clear tubing into the gas tank of the other car.

3. Place the other end of the tubing into the container to hold the gas.

4. Start siphoning gas from the other car. Be careful not to let any gas get into your mouth or eyes.

5. Once you have enough gas in the container, pour it into the gas tank of the car that is out of gas.

6. Try to start the car.

Roll the car down a hill

If you are in a hilly area, you can also try rolling the car down a hill to get it started. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Park the car at the top of a hill.

2. Put the car in neutral and turn off the engine.

3. Get out of the car and push it down the hill.

4. Once the car is moving fast enough, get back in and try to start it.
