Cylinder Head Bolt Tightening Sequence

1. First bolt is 20Nm

2. Tight torque the bolt to 55Nm

3. The bolt is the angle 120º

4. The bolt is the angle tightened 120º

Use a new cylinder head gasket each time the cylinder head is removed. Apply a thin film of sealant to both sides of the gasket.
