How water fuel cars works?

Water does not power cars. While it's true that hydrogen can be extracted from water and can be used to power vehicles, the process of extracting hydrogen from water is currently impractical and inefficient. Additionally, cars can't run on pure water. Attempts have been made to convert water into a usable fuel or to add water to gasoline, but these methods have not been proven effective.
