1. Locate the cruise control unit. It is usually mounted on the firewall in the engine compartment.
2. Remove the rubber cap from the back of the cruise control unit.
3. Insert the vacuum hose into the open port on the back of the cruise control unit.
4. Push the hose until it is fully seated in the port.
5. Replace the rubber cap.
6. Start the engine and check the operation of the cruise control.
