The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank, beneath the seat in the rear passenger compartment.
To access the fuel pump, follow these steps:
1. Open the rear passenger door and remove the seat cushion by lifting up on the front edge and then pulling it back.
2. You will see a carpeted access hatch in the floor of the compartment.
3. Remove the hatch cover by lifting up on the front edge and then pulling it back.
4. There is a black, cylindrical fuel pump access cover held in place by 8 T-30 Torx screws.
5. Remove these screws and carefully lift the cover off the tank.
6. The fuel pump will be located inside the tank.
NOTE: The fuel pump is a submerged pump, so there will be fuel inside the tank. Be sure to have a drain pan ready when you remove the cover.
