Here are the steps involved in rebuilding the 1990 190E fuel distributor:
1. Remove the fuel distributor cap. Use the Torx wrenches to remove the four Torx screws that hold the cap in place.
2. Remove the fuel distributor housing. Use the Allen wrenches to remove the four Allen screws that hold the housing in place.
3. Inspect the fuel distributor housing and cap. Look for any signs of wear or damage. Replace the fuel distributor housing and cap if necessary.
4. Clean the fuel distributor. Use the carburetor cleaner and compressed air to clean the fuel distributor. Be sure to clean all of the jets, orifices, and passages.
5. Install the new fuel injector O-rings and fuel distributor O-rings.
6. Reinstall the fuel distributor housing and cap. Tighten the Allen screws and Torx screws until they are snug.
7. Start the engine and check for leaks. If you see any leaks, tighten the screws until the leaks stop.
