Where are the fuses on 1986 454 LTD kawasaki?

The fuses on a 1986 454 LTD Kawasaki motorcycle are located in two separate fuse blocks. One fuse block is located under the seat, and the other is located on the left side of the motorcycle, near the battery.

Under-Seat Fuse Block

The fuse block under the seat contains the following fuses:

- 30A main fuse

- 15A ignition fuse

- 10A headlight fuse

- 10A taillight fuse

- 5A turn signal fuse

- 5A horn fuse

Left-Side Fuse Block

The fuse block on the left side of the motorcycle contains the following fuses:

- 15A starter fuse

- 10A fuel pump fuse

- 5A fan fuse

Fuse Identification

Each fuse is labeled with its amperage rating. The fuse amperage rating is the maximum amount of current that the fuse can safely handle. If a fuse blows, it means that too much current has flowed through the fuse and the fuse has melted to prevent damage to the electrical system.

Fuse Replacement

To replace a blown fuse, simply remove the old fuse from the fuse block and replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage rating. Be sure to use a fuse of the correct amperage rating, as using a fuse with a higher amperage rating could cause damage to the electrical system.

If you are unsure of which fuse to replace, please refer to the Kawasaki LTD 454 motorcycle owner's manual.
