Hold down the button for approximately three seconds or until the indicator light on the ATV display turns off. The 4x4 drive should disengage.
If the 4x4 drive does not disengage, check to ensure the ATV's driveline is not damaged. Try to spin the front wheels by hand to feel for any resistance.
If you feel resistance, the driveline may be damaged, and you will need to take the ATV to a qualified repair shop.
Also check the ATV's brakes and tires to rule out other possible causes.
If the driveline, brakes, and tires check out okay, you can try restarting the ATV and following the steps again to disengage the 4x4 drive.
If the 4x4 drive still cannot be disengaged, it is recommended that you take the ATV to a qualified repair shop for diagnosis and repair.
