Exhaust valve: 0.008 to 0.010 inches (0.20 to 0.25 mm)
How to adjust valve settings:
1. Remove the valve cover.
2. Rotate the crankshaft until the piston is at top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke. This can be determined by looking at the position of the piston through the spark plug hole or by using a piston stop.
3. Use a feeler gauge to measure the clearance between the rocker arm and the valve stem. The clearance should be within the specifications listed above.
4. If the clearance is not correct, use a wrench to turn the adjusting screw on the rocker arm until the clearance is correct.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other valve.
6. Replace the valve cover and tighten the bolts.
