1. Ensure that the motorcycle is parked on a flat surface.
2. Run the engine for a few minutes to warm up the oil, making it easier to drain.
3. Locate the oil drain plug, which is usually a 17mm bolt located on the bottom of the engine, towards the front.
4. Place an oil pan underneath the drain plug to catch the old oil.
5. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the oil drain plug, being careful not to drop it into the oil pan.
6. Allow all of the old oil to drain out, this may take a few minutes.
7. Replace the oil drain plug, tightening it securely to prevent leaks.
8. Add new oil to the engine, following the instructions in your motorcycle's owner's manual.
9. Check the oil level using the dipstick and add more oil if necessary.
10. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the new oil.
