Locate the front chain sprocket on the right side of the ATV, near the front wheel.
Remove the cotter pin and nut securing the sprocket to the shaft.
Use a chain breaker to remove the chain from the sprocket.
Pry off the sprocket by inserting a large pry bar or screwdriver behind it and gently prying it off the shaft.
Remove the old sprocket and discard it.
Install a new sprocket on the shaft, making sure to use a new washer and nut.
Secure the sprocket with the cotter pin and nut.
Replace the chain on the sprocket and adjust the chain tension.
Test ride the ATV to make sure the new sprocket is functioning correctly.
