* Park your motorcycle on level ground. Turn the engine off and allow it to cool down completely, which may take a few minutes.
* Locate the oil inspection window. On the Kawasaki ZX-7R, this is usually a sight glass located on the right side of your engine, near the bottom of the oil filter. There will be two lines or 'full' and 'add' etched or painted into the glass.
* Inspect oil level. With the motorcycle on level and stable ground, look at the sight glass. The oil level should be between the two lines. If it's below the 'add' line, you'll need to top up.
* Top-up.If you need to top up the oil, pour the correct oil into the filler hole until the level reaches the top line. Avoid overfilling.
Remember, checking the oil is an important part of regular motorcycle maintenance. If you're unsure about how to check or change your oil, refer to your motorcycle's owner's manual or consult a trusted mechanic.
