Fuses are conveniently located in the Tour-Pak. To access them, simply follow these steps:
1. Open the Tour Pak.
2. Lift up the carpeted compartment liner (or pull out accessory box).
3. Fuses will be located in the small black plastic box inside the Tour Pak.
1984 & Earlier Models
Fuses are located inside the headlight bucket:
1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Remove the headlight ring with the H-D® Custom Tool
33369-99 or equivalent screwdriver.
4. Remove the rubber cap.
5. Pull out the fuse holder.
6. Replace any blown fuse with a new fuse of the correct amperage.
7. Reinstall the fuse holder.
8. Reinstall the rubber cap.
9. Replace the headlight ring.
10. Turn the ignition switch on and check that the headlight is working properly.
